This notice explains what information is collected through public website forms, why it is used, and how to request access, correction, or deletion.
Information collected
Name, work email, institution, role, inquiry details, and, when you submit an assessment, your scores and domain results.
Why it is collected
To send requested results, respond to inquiries, prepare for briefings, improve the instrument, and-only with separate consent-send occasional research and updates.
Benchmark and research use
Free self-assessment submissions are not treated as verified institutional assessments. Any aggregate analysis should be anonymized, clearly labeled, and separated from the future evidence-verified benchmark.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry and assessment records are retained only as long as needed for the requested service, legitimate follow-up, instrument improvement, and applicable recordkeeping. Requests for access, correction, or deletion may be sent to info@navigateai.org.
Institutional artifacts
Do not upload confidential course, student, or institutional artifacts through the public form. Evidence reviews should use a secure, scoped process with de-identification where appropriate.
Third parties
Service providers used for hosting, forms, email, CRM, analytics, or scheduling may process information only to support Navigate AI operations and under their applicable terms and privacy protections.
