Dr. Ryan Baltrip is an award-winning educator, researcher, and executive who has spent over 15 years helping leaders harness technology and innovation to drive meaningful change. He is the founder of Navigate AI and currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Old Dominion University, where he specializes in AI strategy and digital transformation.
Ryan has trained thousands of faculty, executives, and institutions on responsible AI integration, strategic planning, and curriculum design. He combines deep academic insight with practical leadership experience to help teams move from exploration to confident implementation.
