What it is
A three-course, research-backed leadership pathway for experienced faculty, CTL staff, and program directors who want to move beyond classroom practice to institutional impact. Unlike tool tours, LEAD is artifact-based and rubric-scored: you’ll mentor, design, and publish with evidence.

Level 1: Support — Peer Mentor & Workshop Facilitator

Artifacts: Mentoring plan, 60-minute workshop slide deck + facilitator guide, office-hours playbook.

Artifacts: AI policy package for your unit, curriculum map, stakeholder brief, 90-day rollout plan.

Level 3: Fellowship — Scholarship & Influence

Artifacts: Conference proposal (or panel), publishable article/brief draft, campus showcase plan.

Format: Self-paced with cohort option; downloadable toolkits and templates.

Credentialing: Digital badges for each level; final AI Teaching Leadership certificate upon completion.
