Toolkit FAQ
Do I need to read the book first?
No. The templates include enough context to use them cold. But the book will make you significantly more effective at facilitating the hard conversations the tools surface.
Can my team edit the templates?
Yes. That's the point. Every template is designed to be tailored. An AI Constitution that doesn't reflect your specific systems and culture isn't a Constitution.
Is this toolkit only for technical teams?
The opposite. It's designed for the leaders who own the decision: executives, product managers, marketing leads. Technical teams can use it too, but governance is a leadership problem, not a developer problem.
How does this relate to the course?
The toolkit is the starting point. The course walks you through each tool in depth with live coaching, peer review, and accountability to actually finish your AI Constitution and Scorecard.
What file formats are the templates?
Editable Word (.docx) and Excel (.xlsx) files that work with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and most productivity suites. No proprietary software required.
Can I share these with my organization?
Yes. The templates are designed to be used and shared within your organization. We only ask that you don't redistribute them publicly or resell them.
