What it is
The premiere faculty credential for responsible AI teaching—grounded in TEACH · META · FAFI · SCALE and earned through artifact-based assessment.
What you’ll produce
-
Ignite: Foundational AI understanding with the ability to develop a custom, plain-language AI use policy for your course syllabus (with disclosure language and guardrails).
-
Build: Assignment redesign or short sequence with UDL options and META process evidence.
-
Elevate: Capstone innovation (renewable assignment, UDL asset, or discipline project) with a plan to share.
How it works
-
Format: Self-paced with optional cohort clinics; templates, rubrics, and examples included.
-
Time: ~6–8 hours per level (18–24 total).
-
Assessment: Rubric-scored artifacts; dual review on capstones.
-
Credential: Digital badges (Ignite, Build, Elevate) + Teaching with AI: FAST Track certificate upon completion.
Why it’s different
-
Framework-driven: TEACH defines competencies; FAFI maps growth; META verifies learning with process evidence (proof, not detectors); SCALE connects practice to strategy.
-
Institution-ready: Department pilots include a short outcomes summary (completions, artifacts, rubric trends, anonymized exemplars).
What’s included
-
All three levels (Ignite, Build, Elevate) and their toolkits
-
Policy templates, UDL checklists, META evidence guides, capstone rubric
-
